MemoBlaster is a freeware application for Windows focused on the quickest learning of foreign vocabulary.

You define a foreign word and its translation. During the learning the word is shown on the screen. If you know its translation, you score it as good - with a smiley.
Known words are presented rarely and rarely. Words you have scored as "bad", are displayed more often.
This way you learn only words you should indeed learn.
